A Basic website capturing the heart and soul of this lovely established school. Eight pages displaying all the school has to offer wrapped in a beautiful design that shows off the best aspects of the school.
The website was developed in just under a month and launched just in time for the school’s 132nd birthday and their annual open. The main feature being a virtual tour that takes you on a guided tour for two and a half minutes. There are also pages to learn more about the Russell High family, their history, a news section that the school staff shall be updating, a gallery full of lovely school photographs, an admissions page for prospective parents and finally a contact page.
Russell High is a small, state owned, girls’ high school situated close to the Pietermaritzburg CBD. It has a rich history spanning over 100 years! The magnificent school building, established in 1897, has been declared a National Monument and is “home” to just over 500 girls of all races and cultures. It is a school with an open heart and creative spirit.
